He has over thirty-five years of successful technical sales and corporate management responsibility and accomplishments. In addition to starting several technology companies, he has also mentored other start-ups and management teams in the software arena.
During this time in the computer hardware and software industry, Mr. Starczyk has provided consulting and professional services to; rental, manufacturing, service and distribution companies, healthcare and financial institutions and the major Hollywood studios. Projects included several multi-million dollar engagements.
In the Fortune 1000 realm he had strategic responsibility for professional services with Tier 1 & 2 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.), EAI, IBM’s Websphere, BEA’s Weblogic and Tuxedo, web development and rich media delivery applications. Custom projects included E*Trade, Fred Meyer, Inc., Proctor & Gamble, Hasbro, Bridgestone/Firestone, Northrop Grumman, Newport News Shipbuilding, Novartis, Pacificorp, Eastman Chemical, Hasbro, etc.
President of a successful system integrator and software company start-up. Named top OEM by HP in 1981. Operational management for all corporate functions including sales and management of custom and packaged software systems development and implementation. Engaged in service bureau and timesharing activities and developed a COBOL based distribution system. Clients included Fry Steel, Winston Tire, Standard Brands Paint Co., Thacker Container, and others.
Prior to starting WhiteStar Enterprises, Inc., dba WhiteStar USA in 2001, a Certified Microsoft and Armada Dynamics Partner, he was a Partner at three IBM VARs where he successfully placed IBM systems and professional services into Hollywood studios and general business verticals. Clients included Amgen, L.A. Metropolitan Water District, JPL, Disney, L.A. City and County Offices, Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, Sony, Digital Insight, MSC Software, Bear Creek, and others.
