During this time in the computer hardware and software industry, Mr. Starczyk has provided consulting and professional services to; rental, manufacturing, service and distribution companies, healthcare and financial institutions and the major Hollywood studios. Projects included several multi-million dollar engagements.

In the Fortune 1000 realm he had strategic responsibility for professional services with Tier 1 & 2 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.), EAI, IBM’s Websphere, BEA’s Weblogic and Tuxedo, web development and rich media delivery applications. Custom projects included E*Trade, Fred Meyer, Inc., Proctor & Gamble, Hasbro, Bridgestone/Firestone, Northrop Grumman, Newport News Shipbuilding, Novartis, Pacificorp, Eastman Chemical, Hasbro, etc.

President of a successful system integrator and software company start-up. Named top OEM by HP in 1981. Operational management for all corporate functions including sales and management of custom and packaged software systems development and implementation. Engaged in service bureau and timesharing activities and developed a COBOL based distribution system. Clients included Fry Steel, Winston Tire, Standard Brands Paint Co., Thacker Container, and others.

Prior to starting WhiteStar Enterprises, Inc., dba WhiteStar USA in 2001, a Certified Microsoft and Armada Dynamics Partner, he was a Partner at three IBM VARs where he successfully placed IBM systems and professional services into Hollywood studios and general business verticals. Clients included Amgen, L.A. Metropolitan Water District, JPL, Disney, L.A. City and County Offices, Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, Sony, Digital Insight, MSC Software, Bear Creek, and others.

Mindi has been working with Dynamics NAV, before Microsoft bought the software nearly 25 years ago. She worked on the first installation in the U.S. She is solution oriented, innovative and results focused professional with over 25 years of Dynamics NAV experience. She holds multiple certifications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Implementation scope varied from multinationals to local and regional businesses in the U.S. She has overseen the customization of Dynamics NAV functionality to address specialty rental applications for; Special Events, Medical Rental, Safety Equipment Rental, modular unit rentals, oil and gas exploration and monitoring equipment rentals, and she has overseen the upgrading of multiple competitive rental management systems to the Dynamics EQM software system based on Dynamics NAV.

Additionally, she has designed and overseen the customization of Dynamics NAV for; companies performing clinical trials; multinational manufacturers, importers and distributors; specialty retail operations; software companies supporting their own vertical markets; Co-Ops in the food supply chain; etc.

Mindi has managed Dynamics NAV development and support ′services teams in multiple industries and has managed the interface with a variety of 3rd party subsystems that feed NAV. She has spear-headed the deployment of Armada Dynamics EQM in the U.S. for WhiteStar.

He is an accomplished technical network analyst with a BS in Computer Science. CJ has been an integral part of numerous development and support teams for Fortune 1000 companies. He has led a development team in Brussels Belgium for Ernst & Young. 

CJ is our key network analyst for support of the Microsoft technology stack, EQM and NAV performance and operations. He is part of our client support team that addresses issues involving Hosted and on- premise installations, especially where network, security, performance and operational issues are involved.
